Nevada cards are tied to each library district. Las Vegas-Clark County offers a free instant eCard to anyone, but it pointedly excludes Libby and hoopla โ full digital access requires district residency. Two cards are open to every Nevadan: a limited Washoe County card that includes online resources, and a Nevada State Library card with its own small Libby collection.
Most rural districts โ from Pahrump to Ely to Winnemucca โ pool one Silver Star eLibrary Libby catalog through the Nevada Library Cooperative, so one rural card covers them all. The genuinely separate collections are Las Vegas-Clark County (also shared by Boulder City and North Las Vegas cardholders), Henderson Libraries, Washoe County, Douglas County, and the State Library โ a Nevadan with well-chosen cards can stack five distinct catalogs.
Each pin is a card-issuing library district, not an individual branch.
